coOPERAtion creates a platform for contemporary experimental opera.
From September 2012 until May 2013 there will be four opera laboratories with four young composers from Denmark, Sweden, England and Lithuania whom are invited to Aarhus and together with performers Annika B. Lewis and Christina Dahl, ensemble LYDENSKAB, the Danish National Opera and the international theatre festival ILT they will try to find a contemporary chamber opera format.
The project is initiated by the chairman of AUT (Aarhus Unge Tonekunstnere) Line Tjørnhøj.
